The NIHU International Prize in Japanese Studies 2021

The third NIHU International Prize in Japanese Studies was awarded to Dr. Jean-Noël Robert, Professor of Collège de France. The awards ceremony was held online on July 21, 2022. At the ceremony, Professor Robert gave a lecture entitled “The Far Side of Language : Hieroglossia in Japanese Culture／L’au-delà des mots : Hiéroglossie de la civilisation japonaise”.
