The successful candidate for the position of Project Researcher is expected to be engaged in the duties described below at CIP under the Director of CIP in charge.

* Collection and analysis of overseas research information concerning the humanities and transmission of research resources of NIHU overseas

* Collection and analysis of overseas Japanese studies and transmission of results of Japanese studies overseas

* Handling of overseas mass media (including preparation of press releases in English)

* Management of international symposiums

* Planning and promotion of business-academia collaboration project targeting foreigners living in Japan and visitors to Japan (creation of travelling and educational content)

* Preparation of NIHU’s publication in English

* Management of NIHU’s English webpage

* Other operations concerning the CIP
